Social, Technical and Corporate Needs

This document reports on work conducted in the scope of the analysis of needs and behaviour of individuals and communities and aims at providing tools that support and measure the satisfaction of those needs. This document is organised in three sections each describing three pieces of work done: personal and corporate needs of users and community operators as well as community value indicators, the detection of user churn and behaviour analysis. This report is deliverable D3.1.
