Agent-based Community Simulation Framework

This document provides a documentation for the first prototype of the agent-based simulation platform for Web communities. Special emphasis lies on analysis of community functionality of successful Web communities and of business communities of our use-case partners IBM and SAP. This functionality incorporates the according community policies that govern and therefore steer user behaviour in communities. The result of this analysis is a major requirement for the requested properties of the simulation platform. The described architecture of the first prototype of the simulation platform is described as well as an initial simulation run of the SAP Community Network. This report is part of deliverable D4.1.
